The nightly karaoke under the palapa was a highlight, and the authentic 70s music by the pool created a fun vibe. The staff truly make you feel like family.

the air conditioning was a bit too cold, but the friendly staff made our stay memorable, especially the attentive waiters at the bar, the delicious food, and the beautiful clean rooms. gotta love it! !

The all inclusive package was great, but

the food options left something to be desired. While the Mexican charm of the hotel was lovely and the service attentive, I found the variety of meals limited compared to previous visits, which was disappointing.

The pool area is a frenzy of guests competing for limited chairs, seriously before breakfast!!! Also, the building could use a refresh to keep up with the competition!!!

The attentive and friendly service stands out, especially from Jovanny by the pool, who made our days relaxing and enjoyable. Clean rooms offered a pleasant stay, and the regional jams at breakfast added a nice touch to our dining experience. However, the shower needs some rework, and there were occasions of slow service at times during busy hours.

i had a great time at hacienda buenaventura hotel & mexican charm. the staff were super friendly, making me feel right at home. the strong water pressure in the shower and hot water were a pleasant surprise. plus, the location is perfect, just a short car ride to the beach. i loved relaxing under the palm shelter by the pool.

This hotel stole my heart with its charming gardens and delightful staff, yet left me yearning for more. The dining options lacked variety and punch. My room had a musty air, and maintenance could certainly improve. While the setting is lovely, the experience didn’t quite match the promises made.

The staff at this place were so friendly, super helpful. I had my anniversary celebrated there, and the housekeeping staff, Arides, surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates! that was a nice touch. Also, Crescendio the bartender was always on top of my drinks, checking in constantly. Just made it feel special, you know?

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still fair given the service we received.

I had an awesome time with friends at this all-inclusive spot! We enjoyed the themed nights and the lively atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We even took a dip in the small river on the property, which was refreshing. Just a heads up – the pool closes at 8 PM, so plan accordingly.

We faced some issues with the lack of refrigerators in our room, which made staying hydrated a challenge. Buying bottled water was frustrating, especially during an all-inclusive stay.

Charming decor and a very friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. No refrigerators in rooms made it hard to keep drinks cold. The evening entertainment staff really knew how to keep everyone engaged. Be aware that the pool closes at 8 PM, which is a bit early for night owls.
